Young researcher in microbial ecotoxicologyI'm passionate about understanding responses of microbial communities to anthropogenic pressures. In the past, I've worked on the uranium tolerance in environmental bacteriaon the detection of antibiotic resistance genes at the end of the water treatment plant and on the degradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by endophytic microorganisms poplar.

Currently employed on the MICROBEACH which explores the dynamics of subterranean estuaries. This little-studied ecosystem lies at the boundary between land and sea. It acts as a conduit for inputs from the catchment area. The MICROBEACH project seeks to understand how the user practices from the beach have an impact on this underground estuary, mainly through the prism of the UV filtersby combining human sciences and environmental sciences.
