The " At the crossroads: climate change and social change "will be held on 6 and 7 November 2024 in Marseilles. Its aim is to highlight the contributions of the social sciences to the study of climate change, and it accompanies the publication of a new issue of the Regional Climate Experts Group for the Southern Region (GREC-Sud) on this theme, entitled " Societies faced with climate upheaval. Thinking about these changes in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region "(AIR Climat, November 2024).
The event is co-organised by GREC-Sud, the Centre Norbert Elias (CNRS/amU/Avignon Univ.), the Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire Environnement Urbanisme (amU) and the Laboratoire Population Environnement Développement (amU/IRD).
It is free and open to all.
