From 25 at 28 April 2025the City of Marseille is once again involved withAix-Marseille University at City Nature Challenge (Urban Nature Challenge) !
Alongside hundreds of other cities around the world, the City of Marseille will be taking up the challenge launched by the California Academy of Sciences and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County to promote and preserve biodiversity by collecting as many observations as possible of plant and animal species in Marseille with iNaturalist. By taking part, everyone can discover and share the incredible natural wealth of our local area, on land, on the coast and at sea.
The City of Marseille is inviting the people of Marseille to take part in this year's event, with the aim of crossing the 10,000 mark in citizen observations to promote knowledge and the sustainable conservation of biodiversity!
