Sea Atmosphere Service - SAM

The SAM is a joint service of the MIO (Institut Méditerranéen d'Océanologie), which provides the scientific community with shared instrumentation (sea and air-sea), technical support for offshore, coastal and observation campaigns and assistance with the technological development of scientific equipment and prototypes.
The equipment is certified in accordance with manufacturers' standards and recommendations, and a dedicated technical team is involved in training and research programmes.

The SAM is the depository of the regional oceanographic park of the INSU Technical Division (CNRS).
