As usual, the MIO welcomed classes from the city of Marseille on June 14th in the OSU Pythéas amphitheatre, which we would like to thank for making these facilities available.
Two classes, around 70 students, came to present their work to us:
- a newspaper written by the CM2s, soon to be available online, detailing various aspects of marine news, including an interview with Magalie Lescot,
- a video produced by the Year 3s, currently being edited, which presents a number of topical issues relating to the sea in a humorous way.
Accompanied by their teachers and the staff of the City of Marseille who have been involved in this recurring project throughout the year, the pupils then asked us questions about the Prado reefs, the Mediterranean and the marine environment, as well as about our profession and the origin of our vocation.
A bath of rejuvenation and conviviality!
